Free Credit Report
Product Review

The three credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax and TransUnion) offers a yearly free credit report, as ruled by the FACT Act.

Are they the same?  Well, in an ideal world, they should be equal, but they are different.

This is because the three bureaus databases doesn't have exactly the same information, as they are feed by different processes, and have different timing update. In addition, the reports presentation differs greatly among them, as each company tries to differentiate from the others providing the information formatted to be more detailed and easy to read.

But how well do they get that?

Most new credit report users claims they are complex and hard to understand. Maybe they look like that the first time you see one of them. In this page, we will show a detailed review on each of the three free credit report, so you can digest more easily your own credit report, when you get it. Neverthless, depending on each individual case, you may need to require more information and help from a fraud specialist from the credit bureau, usually for free when you purchase one of their paid products.
